There are several things that I did not find when staying at other Amaris Hotels in Surabaya:
- There were no towels in the room, we confirmed with the FO, they said they would be sent to the room, but it took almost an hour to be delivered to the room, even after contacting the FO 3 times
- The staff at the restaurant/eating place were not very responsive, the spoons ran out, the tissues ran out because there was only 1, and it also took quite a long time to provide more, to the point that several consumers were disturbed when they wanted to eat but there were no spoons, wanted to get tissues but they ran out,
