3rd time staying here. As usual the staff here are very friendly. I really like it. But this time it's different from the previous one. I chose the same type, but this time I got a less comfortable room.

Overall a good hotel, good service, but my message is the hotel should be renovated in the pool wall area to make it look better. In my room especially the toilet exhaust was not on so it caused an unpleasant smell :(

The staff is friendly, the only problem is the Wi-Fi and the damp room. The Wi-Fi is very slow and not good.

Definitely will be our reguler hotel if we're going to Bali. My kids always love to swimming, this time we booked the room right in front of the pool! Love it! And the staff also initiative to clean our room. Unfortunately we don't take the picture, just enjoy the holiday.

The room walls are not soundproof, so the noise from the neighbors is very disturbing during the break hours.
