I have been staying at the V hotel every time I went to SG. I think it is the most convenient hotel as it is connected to Lavender MRT station. So, it's always easy for me to go anywhere. Access to food is also very good. I like to eat local food. This hotel is closely connected to several food courts too. Moreover, there is also a 24-hour restaurant available just across the hotel. In short, it's the best hotel.

The check in and check out process is practical, there are many places to eat and it is close to the Lavender MRT.

The hotel location was very strategic and connected directly to Lavender MRT station. Lots of food options also nearby. But the room was very small, and the room service can't clean the room before 12 pm. (This was the downside). They will clean the room between 1 pm until 6 pm. If you want them to clean the room, you can't stay in your room within that time.

Friendly service, strategic location, right above Lavender MRT, near bus stand, easy to find taxi. Many food stalls, near fairprice. Close to Bugis shopping center, only 1 station. Always stay here when visiting. Awesome 👍

This is our second time staying at this hotel after 10 years ago, and we still have a very good experience. It only takes 1 transit from Changi Airport using MRT, plus the bus stop is available directly in front of the hotel, making it very easy for public transportation users. The food stalls lined up around the hotel also make it easy for us to choose food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cleanliness of the room is still well maintained, the size of the room still relatively comfortable, even for the Triple Room. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The best hotel close to MRT, suitable for parents/children, and the room view is nice, view of tall buildings and lots of food stalls, there is also a McDonald's, unfortunately the room is a bit narrow but comfortable.

It's always good to be back to this hotel. The location is near to almost everywhere. MRT station is just right down the hall way. This place is surrounded with lots of food tenants. Burger King is just right in front of the hotel and open 24/7. It's so perfect.

The room smells musty 😭 what a shame. It smells like it's rarely occupied even though it's quite crowded.

Great hospitality, Easy transport access.

The most important thing is close to MRT station and bus stop. Near food court and other restaurants. Easy to get to the airport. Already a regular every time I go to Singapore. Thanks for the room upgrade without additional cost.
