The hotel reception staff is friendly, but the room is not well maintained, the curtains are not tight (visible from outside when the lights are on), the sheets are dirty, the mattress is no longer suitable for a long time, the bathroom exhaust is very noisy when the lights are on, given a back room which is quite far behind (looks scary), maybe because the price is the cheapest :( not recommended

The hotel staff are all incredibly friendly and kind, and they're also trustworthy when it comes to lost items. I once forgot my laptop bag in the lobby, and the staff was incredibly kind and helped keep it safe until I got back.

The room is big enough for two adults, the bedroom and bathroom are clean and fragrant, there are many culinary options around, car parking is limited but the hotel team provides valet service.

The hotel's old check-out model is different from the application. In the application, the minimum check-in time is 3 pm and the check-out time is 3 pm. However, I checked in at 6 pm, but at 10 am I was called and informed that check-out time is 12 pm.

When I arrived, I got a room with a non-cooling AC, and then I was offered a room change, which was very kind.

Good service, just need to improve the AC because when I got there it was a bit less cold but for the rest it was OK, great.

The AC is decent, the bathroom isn't very clean, the hot water isn't enough, and the bed is standard, but they gave me a twin.

Rating: ⭐ 3/5 I stayed at Hotel SWK 95, booking a standard room for Rp 175,000/night. The hotel has three floors, an elevator and stairs, and ample parking—all of which are plus points. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, a bit later than other hotels and meant a long wait. Check-out also had to wait about 10 minutes as the room was checked first. My room, on the second floor, near the laundry room, was unfortunately less comfortable. The sheets were a bit dark, the blanket had holes in it, and outside noise was quite audible due to the poor soundproofing. There was no water heater, and only one electrical outlet, making it a hassle if you bring more than one device. The lock is manual, not card-accessible. The only amenities in the room were two towels and two bottles of water; refills are available on the first floor near the prayer room. There were no toothbrushes, sandals, or other amenities—which I found to be acceptable considering the price. This hotel has a total smoking ban, and violations can result in a fine of up to IDR 500,000, so smokers should be aware. Unfortunately, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing painting, and some of my belongings, such as sandals, clothes, and car tires, were splashed with paint—a real shame. The room also smelled quite unpleasant, to the point where I had to buy my own air freshener. The receptionist was quite responsive and friendly, but the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways needs improvement, especially the beds. Conclusion: This hotel is still suitable for backpackers or those just stopping by for a short time. However, for a family or extended stay, I personally wouldn't recommend it. Improvements in comfort and cleanliness are needed.

Clean rooms, cheaper prices in person than online

The location is close to Petra Christian University, there are many food vendors around the hotel that are delicious with student pocket prices.

After being given the key, it turned out that when we entered the room it hadn't been tidied up even though it was check-in time 😭 and when we finished, it turned out that the pillowcase hadn't been changed and we immediately asked for a change The room was next to the stairs and it was really noisy with people going up and down the stairs, the stairs seemed to be made of thin plywood, it sounded really loud, we couldn't rest if someone passed by The deposit had to be in cash while the ATM was quite far away, there should have been a transfer option and the hotel should have provided the cash so we wouldn't have to go back and forth looking for it, cards weren't accepted either
