friendly hotel staff, good service

Perfect for a family vacation. Overall, my kids enjoyed their stay here. They never got bored with the atmosphere, especially the breakfast experience.

It's inside Jatim Park 2. And if you stay at the Pohon Inn Hotel, you get two days of access for your Jatim Park 2 entrance ticket. It's absolutely amazing! Choose a room with a zoo and mountain view, so you can see some animals from your balcony. And be sure to book breakfast, as the food is delicious, and you can have breakfast while watching the animals. The kids will definitely love it.

A truly family-friendly hotel. Everything feels comfortable, with easy access and comfortable rooms. However, a few things that could be added are a closed wardrobe and hangers. Guests will definitely need to hang and store their clothes to prevent dust, especially those staying more than two days, like my family. The restaurant's food is quite varied, but the taste needs to be improved. Also, please provide a welcome drink/food, regardless of whether you booked a room with breakfast or a room without breakfast. We are all guests of your hotel and deserve a complimentary welcome. Thank you.

I like staying here because the room view can directly see the mountain view and I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, I don't regret staying here 😁😚

The room is clean, comfortable, quite spacious, but it's not very soundproof and there are no hangers for hanging clothes, but the view is nice, directly facing Mount Panderman.

Overall, everything is good. There's a small complaint about the TV's analog features, which don't yet support YouTube and Netflix. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

First time staying at this hotel even though I've been to Jatim Park 2 4 times, Hotel with a unique jungle concept from the lobby, restaurant, and surrounding yard feels like entering the jungle. The staff are friendly, the room is quite spacious, clean, beautiful interior, clean toilet, and the view is really nice Mount Panderman, The breakfast is complete and delicious and there is a rotating seating area so you can have breakfast on the table and chairs while looking at the animals beside it. Hopefully given the opportunity to stay here againRecommended...👍

Located at Jatim Park 2, the kids are happy here, especially the restaurant atmosphere where you can see various animals while having breakfast.

The hotel was clean and friendly. The kids loved it. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. There were black bears and leopards near the restaurant, which made the kids very happy.
