Comfortable rooms, on time airport shuttle service.

Clean place, near office area, near mall and near airport.

It's close to a place to eat, but it's too busy and crowded because it's filled with groups of Umrah pilgrims.

We chose to stay here because it's really close to the airport, and we just back from Umrah which was tiring to going far for rest. And they have a minimarket, fast food and also famous coffee around so it can cover the fact that the room is budget type.

We stayed overnight just for transit at 2 in the morning.. free shuttle to the airport.. next to Indomaret.. friendly staff.. we got a view of the plane landing, quite entertaining for my child..

the hotel is simple... the staff is friendly... it's just that yesterday when I stayed the air conditioner wasn't cold.. so I called the receptionist several times but they were helpful... under the hotel there is an Indomaret, restaurant, KFC, Starbucks... and the shuttle is cool.. every 2 hours, like a subscription for people in transit for Umrah.... Close to all the terminals, there is also a Gopean coffee shop in front of the hotel,

I deliberately gave a rating of 2 in the service section because this time I was a bit disappointed. Even though when I left my hometown to Jakarta there was a staff waiting and picking me up to be taken to the shuttle bus, but when I wanted to return from Jakarta to my hometown, I was told to walk alone from 2F to the Kalayang shelter, which in my opinion was quite far, especially since I was carrying 16 kg of luggage and 6 kg of cabin luggage, not to mention a backpack and other belongings. There really was no staff to pick me up and direct me to the pick-up point. Please improve this next time, not all passengers know the Jakarta airport area, many are from outside Jakarta. I don't mind the pick-up point anywhere as long as there is staff to pick me up and direct me, and also carry the passengers' luggage, especially if the luggage is heavy. Whether the distance is short or far, there must still be staff on standby. Hopefully my criticism is seen, thank you

The hotel service is very good, the location is also close to the city center and very easy to access.

booked 2 rooms, AC was not cold, there was no space in the bathroom, there was no trash can in the bathroom, there was no key to the bathroom, the food was not very varied

Check in at midnight, still ok, friendly staff and we have stayed here several times.

The AC wasn't cold overnight, the next morning the AC water dripped and leaked out as if the AC was broken.
