Maybe just not for us. We found bugs and lots of dust in the room. The AC was not cold. The floor was dusty. We did not end up staying there. Again, maybe just not for us:)

It seems like this is an old hotel that has not been maintained for a long time or rarely has anyone staying there. The bathroom is full of scale maybe because the water is too hard, there is also a bathtub but it also cannot be used because it is full of scale. The room facilities are dusty. The room is very spacious with a mini fridge. The hotel air is honestly a bit creepy.

Strategic and in the city center, only dusty and towels are very old should be replaced. The pillow sheets are also moldy and have spots

what else can I expect, from a hotel priced at 100k, as long as the room is clean and the AC is cold, it's good. but I can't give it 5 stars because I had to complain several times to get a cold room. ps: the wifi is really fast, so if you want to come here, gacha, go ahead. It's better to ask to check the cold AC room first. bonus: the swimming pool is clean, nice, and so far the problem with the room feels like home because there are dirty spots. Hopefully it will be renovated soon, it's a shame the location is good but the problem is in the facilities.

Comfortable and spacious, but not very fragrant, the direction to the room is very dark like going to a warehouse. Creepy

It's really worth it because you only pay that much for a spacious room, but some parts of the room smell a bit musty and smelly.

The room looks like it hasn't been cleaned, it's dirty and dusty. The bathroom is the same, there's a lot of hair on the drain cover. The faucet in the sink doesn't work properly. The service is quite good because I was moved to another room that was better & more comfortable.

The hotel staff is friendly and it would be better if it was renovated because the location is strategic.

The AC is not working, really uncomfortable. When we reported to the receptionist, they said we will check it later, but until we checked out, there was no action on the AC complaint. The cleanliness of the hotel is also very lacking, there are centipedes and cockroaches in the bathroom. My child didn't dare to take a shower. Dirty towels from previous guests have not been replaced either. Thankfully when we reported it, the receptionist quickly replaced the dirty towels. The swimming pool water is green with a dirty pool bottom and trash. S. The advantages of this hotel are only the large beds and it is located in a location close to the Prawirotaman crowd. But still not recommended, guys, uncomfortable!

stayed 4 days 3 nights here, got a room with a spacious room.. complete facilities, there is a bathtub, hot water, wifi, friendly and good service, the room is quite homey, and comfortable for those who are tired of walking. Take a rest nearby.. look for food too it's difficult to have many cafes and food stalls

Wow, that's really crazy. This is the second time staying at this hotel and the swimming pool can't be used 😭. I stayed 3 nights. So the second night the electricity went out from 3 am until 8 am, so it was dark in the room. How come hotels don't have generators? Very bad. So this is the last day of staying overnight. Uh, the water was off from last night until this morning, there's no water yet. So I can't even go to the bathroom to pee. And what's worse, there was no action from the hotel, and we were told to wait for the technician to come at 8. Oh my God 😭. Very bad.

There was a gecko that was crushed to death on the Roller Blind Curtain. There was another gecko that was alive and roaming around. When I checked in, I was greeted like a stranger who wanted to enter the hotel. Whether it was an officer or not, they just talked while sitting on the sofa. When I checked out, there was no officer on standby. Even though there was something I wanted to ask.

Strategic location in the Prawirotaman area which is famous for its foreigner village, there are many cafes around the hotel, an alternative to Malioboro.

The service is good, the room is spacious and comfortable but a bit scary, for that price it should be better, the bathroom and toilet are dirty.

The hotel is quite strategic in the middle of the city and close to everywhere, minus the hotel looks like it is not well maintained, the huts/bale-bale in the garden are very dusty and neglected, the lighting in the rooms is very minimal, hopefully in the future we will come back here again this hotel has been renovated to be better Again.
