3rd time staying here, check in was hassle free

Room 305 is not comfortable because the roof is very bright in the morning and there is a hole that makes it scary and uncomfortable to sleep. But for breakfast it is delicious and there are several choices, cold air conditioning, complete toiletries, TV broadcasts are OK, at night the hallway is a bit scary. The wardrobe is just hanging.

At 01.20 in the morning, noisy chats on the sofa area near the restaurant can be heard until the room 5. The room phone is broken and cannot be used 6. Want to complain, you have to leave the room first to the receptionist, even the airplane phone is turned off in the middle of the night (the answer is always that the intended phone is busy) 7.
