Everything is good, only the pool area is not very clean. Then my c/o was the most late at 12 o'clock but he always chatted many times even though it wasn't 12 o'clock yet. Could you just remind him once and then if it's really close to 12 minus 15 minutes, you can remind him again like that?

Ordered a Superior room with a fairly large room (I forgot the room number), but when I first entered the room, the room felt very damp. The floor of the room and bathroom were dusty, there was a lot of mold on the walls because it was so damp (you can see it in the photo I attached). On the ceiling of the room, there was the noise of mice/animals entering the ceiling. My partner and I couldn't sleep because it was so damp, noisy and the room smelled musty. In the morning, the room smelled of urine from mice, the smell was very uncomfortable! I wonder why a room like this is not suitable for sale. Please improve the service so that it can be more suitable and comfortable. The security guards at this hotel are also not friendly, only the front desk receptionist is friendly. For those who bring a car, checking in at this hotel is quite tiring because the road access is narrow. Please improve the service, room suitability and cleanliness of the room.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, fragrant, the atmosphere is like Bali, there are many cafes around the hotel, the staff are friendly.

Access to the location and to the city center is quite easy, the hotel atmosphere is calm and comfortable, the food (breakfast) is very Indonesian... if I go to Malang again, I will stay here.

Asking for towels to be replaced was not possible with the excuse that they were out of stock. I was in room 303, the AC was old and noisy, the toilet water was smelly... otherwise it was satisfactory.
