The staff is very nice, friendly, very helpful. For bringing family with children, this hotel is highly recommended.

Check out and check in took a long time, every time the staff asked, they would always wait a while.

The main issue is the staffing. This hotel cannot find the right persons with the right attitude. It reflects on the management in the end.

Room was great. I don't like the breakfast at all. The day I checked in, there was thunderstorm. And we don't have anywhere else to go. Asked counter to check in a bit early. But she didn't even consider to check is there any room available. Put us away just like that. It was a very frustrating experience. Didn't mind if no room. But atleast check first. Travelling with kids also.

Good hotel, clean, comfortable. We stayed here for 2 days. Standard breakfast, and not too far to Legoland, about 20 minutes by grab. The next morning we had to go to the airport at 4 in the morning, and the male receptionist helped us order a grab. Even though he doesn't speak Malay and has difficulty smiling, we are happy because he has helped. Previously we were worried because they said that in Johor Bahru it was difficult to grab and taxi at dawn. Next we will stay here again. Thanks.

I left my cloth just 1night less than 24hours but the crew hotel can't find it and say me do not directly inform hotel that I left the cloth. If customer realized it very soon no need to ask hotel 's help to find it … very poor for the kindness and helpful.

The hotel is nice, but the staff here are not like hotel staff who smile and greet people like in Indonesia or other countries.

Kamar sesuai dengan harga. Makanan breakfast perlu variasi. Karena 2 hari sama tidak ada perubahan.

Lumayan sih buat transit sebelum ke Legoland. Plusnya hotel ini dekat mcd, kfc, kedai makan. Tinggal jalan kaki aja. Sayangnya, kurang bersih ya terutama teko listrik dan tempat tisue debunya tebal sekali. Mungkin lupa dilap. Yang lain oke sih. Shower deras dan super lancar. Ruangan sebaiknya disemprot pewangi biar fresh.

The experience of staying at this hotel is pleasant. The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to restaurants, kopitiam and supermarkets which makes it easy to go sightseeing and also experience local food. This hotel is also not too far from Ah Sui Durian, one of the best Durian places here in Johor Bahru. The service provided is also good, the bed is also very good, the wife even said that she could easily sleep soundly on her bed. One of the recommended hotels here in Johor Bahru.

Kecewa karena ada Baju yang tertinggal dan kirim ke indo mahal jadi relakaan.

The room air con is broken, give us another broken air con room until late night, Ping pong us to many bad rooms. Got nails protruded on the carpet. The room is not soundproof, so we can hear our next room guest"having fun".

New hotel with strategic location, lots of food courts in the area around the hotel. Recommended if you want to travel around Johor and are looking for an affordable hotel, close to Legoland.
