It's quite an interesting place for a family vacation. However, the paid playground is overpriced, and the price doesn't match the value you get. Otherwise, it's very enjoyable.

The place is comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a shame there's no TV in the room, so if it rains there's no entertainment.

Overall, the room was okay, just a lot of flies, which is supposedly the season. But the facilities were a bit of a turnoff. There were no staff at the flying fox and high ropes, and even after confirming, they still weren't available. The ATVs broke down, even though these are paid facilities. The bikes had no brakes, even though the slope was steep. It was dangerous. Yeah, I'm a bit put off.

It's quite fun and the kids are happy to be able to play here.

The admin was quite responsive in answering questions via WhatsApp. We recommend booking the Netra type, which has the best mountain view. The accommodation is located uphill on a residential road. It's a short walk from the car to the lobby. I got Netra 13. You can't get a Trizara car like the other types because it's close, and you still have to walk through the garden to get to your room. There are several steps and no wheelchair ramp to the Netra tent. This could be a challenge for those with foot problems. This type of glamping is suitable for those looking for comfort, safety, cleanliness, and a cool, beautiful garden with mountain views, and minimal insect infestation. The tent can be locked, making it safe for both leaving and sleeping. Upon check-in, you'll be given popcorn. The room has a large bed, a clean, non-slip bathroom, and the hot water runs smoothly. The atmosphere doesn't feel spooky even on quiet weekdays. There's a campfire in the communal area behind Netra 13. However, we didn't recommend the campfire because it was drizzling. It's fun for a group, especially with kids. There is a children's play area, ATV rental, flying fox.

First time experiencing glamping with my husband and children aged 6+. The size of the room and bathroom is quite spacious. There is a terrace in each glamping tent. Everything is clean and nice to look at! When morning comes and you open the tent... oh my God the view, the air oh yes, the staff is quick to respond: complaints about hot water, ordering food, asking for help with CO. All are immediately responded to quickly. Notes: Reconsider, if you plan to bring babies or elderly parents, I think it is not suitable because the roads around the glamping tent are quite steep. Although there are stairs, but you have to be extra careful.

Very comfortable, quiet, comfortable room in the netra type. Got a room with a direct view of the mountain. The air is clean, cool. So even using a fan is already cold. Ordered BBQ at night, the staff was friendly. It's just that the beef was a bit tough, maybe it can be improved again. The fried rice was delicious when ordered to the room, the only thing lacking was the mushroom soup. For breakfast variations, please add more soto soup menus because it's cold there, so I want something warm to eat. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Affordable glamping with complete amenities: clean, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and complete amenities. Equipped with a playground, playroom, and basketball court. Sports equipment is also available for free. Don't worry about bringing a lot of luggage, as we provide pickup and drop-off by jeep. Everything is great. Everything was great, the staff were all friendly. The glamping area was also clean, with minimal mosquitoes or insects. The only downside was the road noise. The resort is actually far from the main road, but it's located at a higher elevation with a view of the main road. Otherwise, everything was great.

++ Always nice to stay in Lembang for its cold weather, this Glamping is good enough for a short stay, the services are all good and staff are friendly, with a small balcony facing to nature makes us wanna stay there for longer time. (-) the noises coming from motorbike on the other side of the mountain are quite disturbing, probably stay further away from the mountain but u still can enjoy the view.

The Glamping very comfy with clean air, right place to inhanle & exhale but the minus is motorcycle exhaust very noise pollution. Overall this place is nice & OK

The view from the room was beautiful, and there were plenty of children's play facilities, so the kids wouldn't get bored. The staff was very friendly.

Overall it's good, but it's quiet at night and there's no event. Maybe in the future there could be live music on weekends and it would be even more fun if there was a hot water pool. The kids would be happy.
