Please improve room cleanliness.

Unlike most reviews, the place is comfortable, clean and the staff are helpful.. this hotel has many rooms, more than 50 rooms, only a few people stay there so it's natural that the place is quiet and peaceful. It's just our imagination that makes us afraid and we're not used to finding a quiet place.. apart from that aspect, everything is perfect at a cheap price.

It's good but when the lights go out the generator doesn't work either.

The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the staff are friendly and willing to deliver Go Food orders to the room. Only the hotel yard needs to be repaired.

the location of the inn is a bit far from the city. Getting a room at the back still requires going up and down stairs. I happen to be pregnant so I reduce my mobility. the view might look good if there are no trees in front of the balcony. the room is very spacious. the only thing I don't like is there are no sandals, shampoo is given in sachets. The toilet and shower really need repair.

The room cleanliness is very poor, there are spider webs on the door hinges. The hot shower doesn't work, the wifi signal is too weak, the room lights are too dim, making your eyes sore.

Stayed in room 105, the room is quite spacious, there are quite a lot of local and national TV channels, the bathroom is quite clean, only the water is not strong enough, the atmosphere is very comfortable in the morning until the afternoon while enjoying the mountains, exactly at 10 pm tried to sit on the back terrace of the room, for some reason the hair on the back of my neck stood up for 30 minutes, when I saw a small building (there is a cultural heritage of Batu Dakon next to the hotel fence, "full of offerings"), hopefully it only happens to me, for the future, hopefully this hotel will continue to exist and be visited by many.

Bad Comments on Google Reviews are 100% HOAX! This hotel is quite good in terms of facilities and room qualities. The minus was minor like peeling off wall-painting, shower water not strong and no breakfast. Except that, the standard of the hotel was quite nice, great views, friendly cold weather and this hotel is NOT old hotel. Glady I did not trust with Google Reviews. Success for De View.

Bad Comments on Google Reviews in my opinion are 100% HOAX! This hotel is quite good in terms of facilities and room quality. The minuses are minor or can be tolerated such as peeling wall paint, weak shower water, and no breakfast. Apart from that, the standard of this hotel is quite good, the rooms are very spacious above average, the view is very nice (even in the room), the cold is cool, not like the Jatim Park/Museum Angkut/BNS area which is already a bit hot, and this hotel is NOT an old hotel like people say. Thank goodness I don't believe the bad comments/black campaign on Google Reviews. Good luck to De View Batu Hotel and please take care of it

Initially the staff said you couldn't upgrade to a family room, but after looking at the price it turned out you could without additional costs. Reviews that say the hotel is a horror, in family rooms are not proven. Children sleep soundly, safely. The views from the balcony and room are beautiful. Warm water runs smoothly, sugar, tea, coffee and an electric pot are provided. Family room complete with family room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms. Suitable for 5-6 people. Unfortunately stoves and cooking utensils are not provided. Tours around there are apple picking. Recommended for those bringing the family and staying 2-3 days. Affordable prices

Friendly staff, warm water, television, water hitter, everything functions well. ADVICE: If you are given a brighter spare room light, it would be better, anticipate that guests who are doing tasks will be more comfortable.
