because it's the second time I've stayed here, it's still the same, it's just that the breakfast menu still lacks variety 😁 and coincidentally the menu is the same, hopefully the next menu can be changed, maybe it just happened that the menu was the same when I was there 😁 but overall I'm very satisfied

the hotel is very spacious... the staff service is friendly.. the hotel area facilities are okay.. the swimming pool is really big... the breakfast is delicious.. it's just a shame there's no cereal and cake.. the parking lot is spacious.. the beach access is just across.. the TV in the room is better if it's a smart TV... basically it's comfortable.. the atmosphere is calm and beautiful.. the staff play ground for Mr. Suarta's children... friendly.. always smiling.. and funny... all the staff and the hotel are the best... the minus.. the TV is not a smart TV.. the wifi access doesn't reach the room..

My room had a problem and I ended up having to change rooms. The breakfast menu was limited and there was no international menu. My husband is a Caucasian so he ended up not being able to have breakfast because the food didn't suit him.

service and friendly staff are okay. ample parking. clean and spacious rooms. breakfast is just ordinary, not too many food choices. swimming pool water is not clear. order a sea view room but get a sea view room blocked by an ornamental banana tree. have complained and responded well with the option to change rooms. but because it was fully booked so we did not choose the replacement room because it was not suitable. thanks to the staff who quickly handled the complaint. if possible the sea view option is really a sea/beach view that is not blocked by anything because the price is more expensive than other rooms.

Spacious, comfortable & clean room. Close access to the sea because the view of the sea to the shopping center is only a few meters from the hotel. Next time back to stay at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff who are friendly to guests.

Room is okay, clean. Location is okay, close to the beach, can walk. There are many foods outside the hotel. Minus the wifi doesn't reach the room & the food at breakfast takes a long time to refill. At 8 am I couldn't even have coffee because it was all gone. 🥲
