Easy access, close to AEON. The room is quite spacious & clean. It's just that there are cockroaches in the bathroom. Thank you.

The first time I arrived there were no security guards or staff to help in the parking lot but fortunately it was still quiet. For the room type yesterday I took a deluxe suite, requested a king but got a twin but it was quite large and had been combined by the hotel. The AC was cold, the floor was not peeling, complete amenities, the refrigerator was cold so far what was feared did not happen like some of the reviews that had been read. There were no cockroaches or ants, the room was quite soundproof, and I slept soundly and soundly. If I may suggest, maybe the curtains can be replaced because they are starting to have holes and the bathtub also has an uneven surface because after soaking my child actually got wounds on his buttocks and it was sore and scarred until now. Next time for those who want to stay, I suggest it's better to just wear clothes so it's safer. So far I'm satisfied with my staycation here, hopefully some points can be improved in the future.

check in check out process was very quick. the room is quite spacious but the cleaness of the bedsheet was disappointed, smelly and stained. bathroom was okay.

for breakfast today.. not like before.. a bit lacking🙏, for the sheets please pay attention again, digital TV service and wifi signal are great..

Parking is very narrow, the incline/descent of the basement parking building is very steep. If you bring a private vehicle, you should think twice about staying here.

The location is okay, but the cleanliness is very bad, there are many small cockroaches in the toilet, the pillow cases look dirty, stayed on Saturday to Sunday but the food was not opened buffet, there was only a choice of fried rice or omelettes. Given 3 breakfast vouchers when checking in because I brought a child. But only given 2 meals. 1 voucher is not valid. Just stay here once

The wifi signal is unstable, it's better to stay on weekdays, if it's the weekend the breakfast options run out very quickly.

The service from the hotel was really good, helped with manual rescheduling and it was approved 🫶🏼

Room is clean, nice and spacious. The table can be bigger tho. The bathtub drainage was broken but they immediately responded to our call to service the broken tub. Good service.

The hotel staff is friendly and the location is close to the city center.
