everything's great. but i think the air conditioner should open from 11 a.m to 1 p.m cause that time is hot af 🥵

I really recommend this hostel because it ' s amazing guys. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, the rooms are clean and spacious

It was a great experience. I just stayed with them for few hours since I got to ha noi pretty late at night. It 's good to note that they had 24 hour check in which was convenient for travelers who 's looking for a place to sleep over night especially at late hours.

On the afternoon of April 30, my girlfriend and I went on a motorbike to the hotel because we had checked in the previous day. When we parked in front of the hotel, the two receptionists stood and watched, leaving, not asking me if they were Whoever parked the car at the hotel, and then walked back to buy water nearby, my car was taken to the middle of the road. When I and my girlfriend came in, the male staff did not open the door but deliberately went to another corner and looked at the reception desk. At the reception desk to receive the room card, the female receptionist asked me to read the full name. Room every day as if I were not a guest or I lied. I wonder if my car was pushed to the middle of the road, he said, "You have a car you have to report to," even though I was here on the second day. And really, the staff at the door and the receptionist that afternoon gave me a feeling of lack of respect. However, when there are foreign guests, those employees are very welcoming and welcoming, contrary to their pregnancy. I don't know if such a large hotel has a discount for Vietnamese guests and other attitudes. The plus point is that the morning receptionists are very polite with the guests, the hotel location is also convenient, the room is clean.

The location is very good and the rooms are quite large and clean, the price is quite cheap, the breakfast menu is tasty and varied.

The hotel is 4 stars but actually 3 stars, so a bit disappointed about the room and breakfast. Room is small and little breakfast. 3 stars is ok. But 4 stars is bad. 3 stars, the room price is expensive.
