Sepi. Kotor di sekitar tempat tidur. Channel tv tidak banyak karena saya bawa anak kecil.

Tempat menginap yang sangat recommended. Kamarnya luas, sprei toilet, lantai bersih. Ada masjid dalam komplek hotel.

Bed is dirty, linen is not changed. Bathroom is dirty. Room is no AC!

The bathroom doesn't have shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste.

The hotel is not clean, the pillows smell, the sheets are still dusty and have stains. I understand that budget hotels don't have many facilities, but that's not the case either. Please improve the service. Thank you. 🙏.

Mohon maaf banget ya. Untuk pelayanan kurang maksimal. Saya check in malam (20.00) resepsionisnya asik main HP dan ngerokok. 😅. Suasana kurang nyaman, saya pikir ada beberapa lantai, eh gak taunya cuma 1 lantai jadi beda dengan ekspektasi saya. Mirip kamar kos yang kamar mandi dalam cuma kasurnya twin.

The hotel is quiet, the KM is dirty, the water flow is very small. Not recommended .

The hotel staff is actually very friendly, unfortunately the building is not good so the sound of the next room can be heard clearly from our room.

Dirty rooms that do not match the description, the beds are moldy, and wet in the corners, the bathroom is dirty and smells, like an old hotel that is not occupied. Very not recommended at that price.

The rooms are dirty like they lack maintenance, there are lots of cockroaches and small animals, no air conditioning even though in the reference there is AC, between rooms are not impermeable so they are noisy, not recommended.

The reception service is good. the room does not match what is shown in the picture. No water heater. Tea. Sugar. No coffee either. There is no storage cupboard. Is it because the room is small so it is not provided. In the bathroom there were cockroaches. Plans for 2 nights but didn't make it because I was already disappointed.

There are water heater, TV, WiFi, parkir area and clean. Nice.

Ask for a blanket, give a used blanket for eating mice & the room is not soundproof/noisy next room, does not match the photo of the room, there is no wardrobe.

The picture doesn't match, it's stuffy, there's no air conditioning or fan, it's hot. There is no motorbike parking garage. For children, it will not feel comfortable because there is no air conditioning or fan.

Kamar bersih, air panas nyala, parkiran luas, pas banget pokoknya.

Pelayanan sopan. Dan parkiran sangat luas berdampingan dengan masjid.

Untuk service sangat puas. Namun dari segi kamar di aplikasi tertulis ada AC tapi nihil. Jadi terasa sauna. Air kamar mandi sangat pelit. Untuk harga segini menurut saya sangat kurang. Saran saya coba dari pihak Hotel Mutiara ini benchmark dengan hotel lain, karena harga kalian sama, tapi fasilitas dan lain-lain lebih menang yang satunya. Terima kasih maaf atas kekecewaan saya.
