The hotel staff is unfriendly and rude, not giving solutions, but getting angry when dealing with complaints and the bathroom is smelly. I do not recommend this hotel

The location is strategic, close to the city center of Gorontalo.

Third time staying here but only tried this deluxe type room. This room is not very spacious but has quite complete facilities according to the price. AC, TV, water heater, smooth without drama. I've tried several times at other hotels with more or less the same price, in my opinion the advantage of staying here is that apart from being close to shopping and places to eat, it feels really homey, like staying at a relative's house, because the receptionist is really friendly.

The place is a bit dirty, the cleanliness of the room is lacking. In some corners it is still dirty and dusty. There are lots of ants in the bathroom.

Menurut saya sebenarnya cukup nyaman, tapi sarung bantalnya menurut saya sudah sangat berwarna lusuh (kuning) mungkin lebih baik untum segera dilakukan penggantian karena terlihat kotor. Untuk makanan jangan berharap lebih hanya 1 jenis.

Hotelnya nyaman cuma kamar banyak rawa-rawa sama banyak nyamuk. Makanan lumayan.

Hotels that are not child and family friendly, in other hotels children can definitely get breakfast, food is also measured with 1 mica of curried chicken rice or 1 mica of yellow rice.

Sebelum saya memesan kamar hotel via aplikasi, saya sudah menginap lebih dulu di Garden Hotel melalui pemesanan langsung selama 1 hari. Pada hari pertama menginap (walk in check in) pesan kamar hotel standar twin dan dapat kamar nomor 201. Kamarnya cukup luas dan ada air panasnya. Setelah pesan lewat aplikasi, dapat kamar deluxe twin dengan harga promo (Deluxe twin di daftar harga di meja resepsionis lebih mahal daripada Standar twin). Saya dapat kamar 211. Ternyata kamarnya malah lebih kecil daripada kamar Standar twin. Malam pertama di kamar 211, air panasnya mati. Setelah lapor ke resepsionis, besok paginya diperbaiki. Tapi di hari ketiga, air panas mati lagi. Karena sibuk, saya sudah nggak sempat lapor lagi ke resepsionis sampai hari check out. Makan pagi tersedia 2 macam: nasi kuning atau nasi putih pakai ayam. Nasi kuning terdiri dari nasi kuning + laksa + telur + sambal. Nasi putih terdiri dari nasi putih + ayam + sayuran. Tersedia teh dan kopi instan yang bisa diseduh sendiri. Tempat parkir agak sempit. Hanya bisa muat sekitar 3-4 mobil. Siaran TV ada banyak. Tersedia juga HBO. Kamar dan ranjang cukup bersih. Hanya saja WC kadang bau. AC berfungsi bagus.
