The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is nice and clean, comfortable for children, the swimming pool is clean.

My 2nd time here, this time it's the Eid holiday season so you have to be very patient.. I deliberately came past 3 pm because I wanted to avoid waiting a long time to check in at 2 pm. Back to the high season setting, you have to be very patient.. I was only able to check in at 4 pm, because the room had just been cleaned. The breakfast variants are still the same.. the variations are simple. The staff are mostly helpful, thank you.

The staff is friendly and I left my cellphone in the room and the FO quickly informed me. The kids were also happy swimming, the hotel is highly recommended. Only 1 thing that needs to be improved is the taste and variety of food that needs to be upgraded. Overall, the staycation here is fun.

Always like staying here because the atmosphere is like being in Bali. If you want to find a quiet place to staycation, this is the right place. But unfortunately yesterday's dinner at the restaurant took a long time to come out. Maybe the kitchen needs to be more prepared.

the hotel staff is very friendly. the hotel staff is good. the distance from central Jakarta is very close. the room is comfortable. the food is delicious. the weather is very cool, suitable for honeymoon. I will come to this hotel again. it's really nice to have a vacation here. the hotel facilities are very complete. the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious. my husband and I arrived here in the afternoon so when we arrived at the hotel we checked in and then looked for food at the restaurant.

The area cleanliness around hotel and the road to lobby should be improved since it is sorrounded by Trees

cleanliness is okay.. the staff are friendly.. breakfast for class ⭐3 is quite varied.. spacious parking lot.. the location of the hotel is close to durian sellers, so it can be said to be a paradise for durian lovers in Rancamaya.. only 1 thing that is inconsistent, I asked for a non-smoking room, the CS also explained: "your room is a non-smoking area, ma'am, as requested" but when I was relaxing in the room with the door slightly open, suddenly the smell of cigarette smoke entered my room.. when I complained via WA, it turned out that they said it was okay if you smoked on a chair outside the room (maybe at that time the room next to the one who was smoking and the smoke entered my room) hello.. what is called a non-smoking area should be outside/inside the room, yes, free of cigarette smoke, right? but fortunately the staff immediately gave me a spray of air freshener.. just a suggestion: maybe it can be made per floor, which floor is a non-smoking area and which floor is a smoking area.. so don't mix them for the comfort of all visitors

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful with carrying luggage, the downside is that the TV picture is not good, the water pressure in the bathroom is unstable.

The atmosphere is really nice, not too crowded, cool, lots of trees, outdoor swimming pool. Comfortable rooms, complete facilities.
