BEST! This hotel is really serious about attracting guests. The interior is cute, comfortable, the food is delicious, the location is also close to everywhere. Oh yeah, this hotel is also concerned with the environment, no plastic drinking bottles but there is a glass bottle of water that you can refill it anytime. Love it.

The room is nice but the bathroom is dirty and the glass is not cleaned. It seems like the hotel manager should see the bathroom in the room to know how dirty the glass is. The rest staff is friendly, the Manado porridge is delicious.

The TV broadcast in the room sometimes works, sometimes not, the room is nice, clean, the intern staff is a bit grumpy.
