very nice, comfortable place

The staff are friendly. There is no soundproofing in the room. So you can hear what the next room is saying. The room is small but clean enough.

I checked in at 2 am and was tired from the trip, my child was hungry and tired and had no energy to go out to find food. I tried to order food so that it could be eaten in the room but unfortunately it was very difficult to contact the restaurant and I complained and ended up going out to eat at the Grand Palma Horizon. The hotel apologized and said they couldn't serve me because there was a birthday party. But I was also a guest and I wanted to rest in the room but had to go out because my child was hungry. The next night at 7 pm I tried to order again but it was still difficult and I couldn't contact the restaurant by phone so I had to go through the staff to make sure the food tasted good. It was very unfortunate that it was difficult to order so I didn't add breakfast and chose to have breakfast at another hotel which had faster service because I was hungry and waited without any response.

TV channels available in the room are very minimal, Wi-Fi does not reach the room. For other facilities are quite good.

Will come back here again, have been here several times. The breakfast is delicious. The room is clean and fragrant, the AC is cold. The best.

The staff is friendly, you can also get snacks in the afternoon and it is close to the beach.

I left something in the room, but when I confirmed it with the hotel, it was stated that it was not there. We clearly remembered that the item was left in the room.

friendly staff, checkin time can also be earlier than scheduled, clean room, clean bathroom, cold AC, complete toiletries, mineral water, tea, coffee, complete water heater. the downside of the double standard room is that it is narrow and small for 2 adults, hot water for bathing is not warm enough..there are no snacks in the room as shown in the picture, but overall...good!!

There is only 1 lamp, one of which is dead, no night light Analog TV The room is small, different from the picture. Hot water sometimes turns on, sometimes not Special requests are easy to do, but not done It's better to just look for something that is honest and matches the picture.

Can't ask for 2 keys and the price when you arrive is quite expensive and you don't get a discount.
