Nice and Cozy Place. Overall OK

Sorry I didn't document the room area, I came to stay in 2 rooms because I was with my family. I was very disappointed because the room was dusty, the mattress was dusty, it smelled of sweat, the bathroom door was broken sliding d'Or and my child's room was wet like water seepage but I don't know where. The car park inside is a bit. Disappointed and will not come here again

Parking is paid in and out and there is no hot water. Apparently managed by red doors. Not very clean. Dirty bathroom needs maintenance

lots of stains on the sheets... the blankets are also dirty, the pillow cases are also not clean

AC Hot room, Water Heater not working.

Very bad apartment. Interior design is below average, bathroom area walls are full of mold and peeling. The lights are not bright enough. If you bring a car, you will be charged 100 thousand for parking because the apartment is located in the Golden City Mall area. You can get around this by going out and parking again after 12 midnight. I immediately left the apartment after getting a much better place to stay. Rather than not being able to sleep. The price of 200 thousand is really not worth it for the condition of the room I got.

Kamar bersih, nyaman, murah dan berada di tengah kota.

Hotel tidak ada wifi, ada wifi, tidak ada heater, tidak ada sendal hotel. Tidak ada sabun mandi. Air kamar mandi gak ada air panasnya. Tidak ada telpon jadi kalau mau tanya ke resepsionis harus naik turun lift dulu.

Yes, it's just standard, more like a simple apartment, it can't be called a hotel either. Friendly service is okay, cleanliness is also okay, inside you get 2 mineral water but you don't get soap, card access for the lift and power in the room for door locks still use the usual ones. The bonus is if you get a room with a good view, that's not bad.

Not bad as in the picture, clean, there is warm water, towels by request, motorbike parking is a bit far and paid every time you leave, overall the price is under 300k which is good.

I got a room on the 15th floor where the neighbors were very noisy in the middle of the night, the water came out a little, the bathroom just when I entered it smelled of urine, the bathroom was also dark and there were tomcats, but the service, sir, at the RCP was really good, please keep it clean! And the location, if you follow the map from the application, is actually in the next alley where there are lots of chickens and is a dead end, you should be given an explanation of entering from the mall, so you don't get lost if you don't know the area there 🙏.

How come this hotel feels like a BO place, because in the morning after I checked out from floor 7 of pavilion 2 I intended to go down the other elevator. Well, how come in front of the elevator right at the door to the room there was a red condom that had just been used and thrown away, but I didn't take a photo, but if you look at the CCTV it was still there, the date was Tuesday morning, the 17th. So it wasn't comfortable to stay here again. Dirty.

Golden city parking at Pavilion has not been charged 100,000 for 1 day, very very disappointing. Get 1 motorcycle, 2 rooms should get 2 motorbikes. Anyway, give up staying here again.

The hotel is very comfortable, it's just that the parking for motorbikes must be removed first at midnight so you don't get hospitalized because parking goes to the mall. And the view is good, it's just that at that time the AC wasn't cold enough and the warm water wasn't ready for the room unit on the 19th floor but the rest was comfortable.

Lumayan bersih dengan harga yang murah, pelayanannya ramah tapi ya standart. Kualitas sesua harganya. Tapi overall oke kok kalo buat staycation bareng anak-anak karena ada pool nya.

Ga ada keset sama handuk, tapi murah harganya, kamarnya bersih, AC dingin, air panas nyala, lumayan lah.
