The room was small and the bathroom wasn't clean.

Friendly staff but breakfast is disappointing. When we were at breakfast, the fruit was finished.

Access, as in general the Caman area is quite dense, so traffic to the hotel is quite crowded. The parking lot is quite large, the security guards are friendly and helpful. The check-in process is quite easy, using deposit terms or leaving an identity card. The room area is not large, just enough. Unfortunately, the AC is quite hot and the placement is lacking so that the air flow is not good. But basically the cold temperature of the AC is very lacking.

First time staying here. Friendly staff. Room is quite small but enough. And breakfast is included. Nice

(-) there are small cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom (-) towels are dirty and shabby, thin (-) no sandals (-) breakfast food is not tasty, only given rice, chicken and fried noodles, when the side dishes run out they are not refilled, there is no omelet

The hotel is nice, just a bit cramped, overall ok. Hopefully the cleanliness and friendliness will be maintained.

At first, we were disappointed because when we wanted to have breakfast, it wasn't ready yet, but in the end, the kitchen staff was really quick to fix it, so we really appreciated that❤️

Not the first time staying here. Arrived in the middle of the night, the staff was responsive. The room is comfortable, not noisy even though it is on the side of the road. If it doesn't include breakfast, you can still order at the restaurant. So far so good.

The staff is friendly and the hotel location is quite strategic. Unfortunately the room is a bit dusty, noisy street noise, the curtains can't block the sunlight so during the day it's quite dazzling. The rest is all good 👌🏻.
