The 2nd room's bed was very hard.

Bagus banget, luas, bersih. Kekuranganya kamar yang double bed, kasurnya keras banget gak bisa dipake tidur sama sekali, kayak tidur di atas lantai (kasurnya cuman busa tipis). Kalau mau check in malem-malem, pastiin konfirmasi h-2 jam aja dulu, soalnya slow resp kalau udah malem. Overall fasilitas dan city viewnya bagus luas balkon juga luas, ada dispenser, peralatan kitchen lengkap, meja makan, shower air panas dan lain-lain berfungsi dengan baik.

Apartemennya nyaman, besar sekali, bersih, pemandangan bagus. Cuma ada masuk an sedikit. Untuk kamar mandi nya aliran air nya kurang lancar, ada genangan dan keran wastafel nya ada bunyi bunyi.

The rooms are nice and quite spacious. For the price of 500, you can get two rooms to be honest, I'm really satisfied. The location of the apart is strategic because it is surrounded by delicious culinary delights. Then the bro who helped check in and check out was also very kind and very helpful. The slight drawback is that the second room seems to use a sofa bed. Quite loud but still okay. Overall fun.

A pleasant stay, this apartment has several advantages of room rates that don't break the bank, spacious lobby and modern architecture, quite complete facilities, spacious rooms, accompanied by a kitchen, view from a very beautiful balcony, strategic location close to a shopping center and places to eat. There are only a few drawbacks, namely the small room air conditioner that leaks a little dripping. But the overall top is finished. Definitely will stay there again.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the place is spacious and comfortable except the room with two beds is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, a lot of cooking utensils are broken, spoons don't have dishwashers and hands run out.

All of the services from crew was great and so nice. But one thing that pissed me off is the downstairs neighbor they said we’re to noisy when we even didn’t do anything. We just sleep and than having dinner but the downstairs neighbor complaining to the receptionist and than the security from the hotel came to our unit and he said we’re too loud. How come? Maybe the staff should check-out that neighbor first before they blaming us. Thank you

Best view is requested on floor 20s and above but the soap supplies are not optimal.

The view is good, for twin beds are pretty hard so sleep is not comfortable. Suggestions for remote AC rooms are not separated. Thank you, the service is quite good.

The room is okay, on request, can be the 25th floor with a view of the city of West Jakarta hehe. But it was strange when the media staff asked for a deposit of 300 which should be listed on the Traveloka Site only 200, after I captured and the info to the new staff immediately the answer was appropriate. The AC of the TV room was leaking, because it leaked at night, so no staff could come to correct it. And it turns out it's true that there was a previous review that the twin beds were hard and felt like sleeping in the bale-bale without a hard mattress, shayya had no softness. The TV remote has run out. late check-out is only given half an hour, more than that subject to a 50 charge. There is only one doormat. But overall it's okay for the price.

In Veranda Residence, I have stayed here 3 times, but for this time I had an unpleasant experience, I checked in and was served by a female seorg receptionist, I forgot her name, my payment was via an online application, it was automatically paid by an online application, right?
