Main lifts weren't working for Tower 2, and we all had to use the only cargo lift inside (as the other cargo lift also wasn't working). It took about 20 minutes to wait for the cargo lift as long queues were forming. The room window view was leaking during downfall, resulting in both day and night curtains being wet. Toilet water was leaking, resulting in the floor being wet throughout.:(

Often stay here. Location next to the mall. There are food courts in the mall & many that sell food around the hotel. Some also sell Musangking durian👍

1) paid for sahur and food was not fresh got bad diarrhoea and vomitting after and ruin my birthday was in bed and not able to move. 2) after sahur our room door cannot be open and was left stranded for nearly 45mins outside with no updates. The technician gave a video of job done but we were there outside the room the whole time and the video is not even our room. Given another room after we miss our prayers. Dissapointing. Used to love this hotel for the convenience.

KSL has been my favorites hotel everytime I went to JB. It is very convenient.

The hotel staff (front office) is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

So far good, every time I go on holiday to JB, I always stay at KSL, since 17 years ago. From there being dinosaurs, until the dinosaurs got lost in the swimming pool hahaha. But never bored 😉

very satisfied staying here.. the hotel is one with the mall, everything is complete in this mall. it's just that finding halal food is a bit limited. next time if I go to Johor again, I want to stay here again..

For the price paid and hotel location, cannot complain. Hotel room facilities are aged which need upgrade. No more seating area at hotel lobby which is a negative point.

Very nice, the hotel is combined with a shopping center. Outside the hotel there are many places to eat, so it is easy for travelers.

The check in process was fast and according to our request.
