This is one of the best hotels in Jakarta. The hotel that I would return to stay again. Excellent customer service. A very recommended hotel to stay.

The staff is very friendly, you can see their concern when checking in. I was not feeling well and was offered help with medicine etc., but it's a shame the view of the room is not a round one.

This is our first time stayed at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, with my family. It was very good experience. Check in process was smooth, the staffs are friendly. In the afternoon, they were checking us whether we need some more hotel amenities. The room was spacious with good Jakarta city view. There were French food restaurant in the hotel, actually we wanted to try since it looks delicious, however, at that time they were only selling valentine dinner packages. So we skipped that:-) Maybe next time.

The hotel is very comfortable, right in front of the HI roundabout, so on Sunday mornings you can run straight away on car free day along Jalan Sudirman. The breakfast also has a lot of variations, all delicious, the hotel staff are friendly.
