Overall I am quite satisfied staying here but I am a little disappointed with the security guard in the lobby when I checked in I happened to be on a family trip with my elderly parents when I arrived I dropped my parents off in the lobby and when I arrived there was no staff to help with our luggage so when I got out of the car it was a bit of a hassle there was 1 security guard there but he didn't take the initiative to call other staff or anything he just stared silently with an unpleasant face because coincidentally when I dropped off my stuff in the lobby there was a VIP car that was about to leave so my car blocked the car I really regret why the security guard just kept quiet and instead put on an unpleasant face so please re-brief the security guards in serving guests thank you
