Good hotel to stay in Yerevan, close to airport and the city center.

Jemma was the best housekeeper.

The room they gave us was very far from the elevator. You have water in that bathroom very little pressure. Breakfast was okay. The hotel facilities are old (physical key to enter the room--no card).

The hotel is good. Area is closed to a restaurants and shops. In general acceptable old clean place to stay.

Dated hotel, uncomfortable bedding, feels like time travel to the 80s, staff not the friendliest. Location is okay but 10-15 min walk to everything. Safe didn’t work, shower takes about 5 min to get hot and AC wasnt strong.

Metropol hotel is very nice the viewing of the window is amazing. the staff are very good and helpful.

Accueil excellent, le personnel très serviable et très sympathique, l’ensemble du personnel (femmes de ménage, personnes à l’accueil) tout au top!

Everything was super. Next time will stay at Metropol again.

It is a nice hotel, room have high ceiling, but the carpet is not very clean

Great stay

The hotel is very appealing: friendly staff, quick check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. They don't provide a coffee maker and coffee/tea, but kettle and bottles of water only. There is a fridge in the room. I would suggest to put some water into the fridge. The hotel is not close to city center, but the distance is walkable, however we took a cab to get close to Cascade. Overall, the hotel is very valuable for the price.
