Strategic location right across from Grand Batam Mall, many places to eat nearby, clean rooms.

The location is superb, right in front the biggest mall in Batam. And surrounded by many places to eat. Right in the middle of city. The room was a bit small, but for the price range its still good. Especially if you spend all day outside. The one I book is without breakfast, and I don't think they have restaurant for breakfast. But they have shaokao on 2nd floor

The staff is friendly, easy access to everywhere What needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the bed

The sheets, pillows, bed were dirty, dusty, there was someone's hair, the towels were very dirty, the shower water wasn't hot, the room smelled musty.

The room is quiet small, linen a bit dirty ad the towel a bit yellowish.

The location is strategic, across from Grand Batam, apart from the strategic location, the rest is just so-so, not very soundproof so you can hear babies crying and other things.

The staffs were very friendly & helpful.

Location = In front of GB mall. Cleanliness = Ok. Friendliness = Enough. Room facilities = No minibar refrigerator, no table for placing things, only 1 socket near the TV.

The bed was not clean, especially the bed sheets, so I was itchy when I slept so I immediately asked to change the bed sheets and bed cover. The staff responded quickly but they could only change the bed sheets.

I didn't deliberately set the bedside credenza in front of the TV because I needed a place to sit and work on the laptop. It turned out that the bottom of the credenza was dusty and there was a little rubbish that had not been cleaned. Overall it is still ok and existing deficiencies can be corrected. Sorry, I have told the truth for improvement and goodness for the progress of the hotel and the Sovrano Hotel business. Hopefully it will be the best in its class among current business competitors.

The location is strategic, easy to access, close to shopping centers, safe, clean, friendly staff, highly recommended to stay here with family or friends.

I arrived at 2 o'clock and was able to check-in straight away. The officers are also very friendly. Cleanliness can be improved, especially at the door. Access to everywhere is very close. To go to Grand Mall, just cross the zebra crossing, there are lots of food courts around, if you want to go to BCS, if you're strong you can walk. It's also close to the penuin market, it takes less than 5 minutes to arrive, perfect for looking for breakfast with wonton noodles, chicken rice, etc.

Clening service seems not work properly, ada barang tamu sebelumnya dan sy di charge untuk noda darah yg ada di sprei, sepertinya dari tamu sebelumnya, karna istri sy ga lagi dapat. Lagian kenapa harus charge untuk noda seperti itu? Kalau dicuci juga hilang. Apa hotel tidak cuci sperei setelah tamu selesai pakai? Kamarnya kecil bgt. Air untuk mandi cuma hangat dikit.
