Elevators and hallways are kept free from dampness and smell fresh and fragrant.

Strategically located in the city center. Close to several shopping centers. The hotel staff is also friendly.

There are 2x tomcats on the bed, no hairdryer, 5-star class breakfast is less varied, there should be pasta, pizza bread, sushi, tomyam/cream soup, if it's good, mini steak. The pool is good, the kids are really happy.

The room is comfortable and soundproof. Clean and nice. Recommended

We stayed there because we had an event at this hotel, and we happened to get a lot of gifts, but we didn't bring any extra bags. Thank God the staff helped us get extra bags.

Maybe the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, it smells musty, there are no shower caps, no sheets, there are stains on the pillows, it smells of tengu, this hotel is ⭐ 5, there are no security guards either.

I was checked in at 1:45 and there is still no rooms available and wait until 2:30 to have the room, and 11:30 on the check out day, my access card has no more acces, it was really funny that we check in late but our acces card has been disable before the check out time. So dissapointed.

Very impressed staying here, the facilities in the room are really good and when I was there at the restaurant I was feeling a bit confused and then was relieved by Mbak Tiara (restaurant staff) and also Kak Kevin (staff of the cafe downstairs). Really the best.

Good service, yesterday took a deluxe room with a city view and the scenery too. What is lacking is the parking lot to the lobby, there is no lift access.

Didn't find a hair dryer. And there must be a trash can in the sitting toilet. Not just in the sink.
