We had such an amazing wedding anniversary at Quinta da Saraiva! Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was beautifully decorated, and the stunning view from our balcony was unforgettable. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and by the pool, both of which were so serene and well-maintained. The fresh, delicious breakfast each morning was the cherry on top. The location is also perfect—close to the highway for convenience but still quiet and peaceful, and within walking distance to Câmara de Lobos. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We had such a lovely stay here! My husband, daughter (11) and I had a familyroom with balcony and kitchenette. Very clean, everyday, recently renovated, done beautifully, with very nice view of the bay. Loved all the animals walking around, we did hear the rooster, but he is so cute we forgive him ;-) Diogo at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, and so were all the other staff. Breakfast is very enjoyable outside, with lots of choices and fresh local produce. Swimmingpool was a bit chilly, upon our request they put on the heating but it somehow didnt do much about the water temperature. Jacuzi was nice and warm though. If you ask to use the barbecue, they give you the utensils for it. All we needed to bring was the food and some cubes for getting the fire going. We grilled on grape vine branches and twigs that the hotel provided, nice for the flavor! The road to get to the hotel is indeed very narrow and steep, but is is doable, especially if you fold in your side mirrors haha! Be sure to rent a small car, it is convenient on Madeira. I highly recommend this hotel!

My friend and I stayed for two nights at the beginning of November. The hotel was immaculate, with clean and well-maintained rooms. It also features a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi, available for use at any time of day. The staff were friendly and very helpful, adding to the overall great experience. Overall, it's an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation while still being close to Funchal and other key attractions in Madeira.
