Everything here is great, the rooms are clean and fully equipped, the owner is great, funny, enthusiastic take care from A-Z. The location is right in the center, so it's always close to everywhere! The mountain view is amazing. There are motorbikes for rent, no need to contact another unit. Score 10/10, will definitely come back next time.

The receptionist is super enthusiastic. Whatever I need, he helps me right away. The day I couldn't book a car to the station, he took the car to take me there. However, the facilities in the hotel are a bit old. You need to prepare more tissues if you don't want to use toilet paper rolls. The TV is fully equipped with wifi, quite chill

The room is tidy and offers a beautiful mountain view. Its convenient location allows easy access to the city center and popular attractions like Tuyen Lam Lake, Da Lat Night Market, and Datanla Waterfall—all within a 15-minute drive. A special thanks to Mr. Thinh for his outstanding service and warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Advantages: 1. View The hotel has a beautiful view, there is a flower garden ⚘️🌻, a lake, divided into 2 buildings next to each other, you can see the surrounding scenery. At night, sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view is also very chill. The hotel is decorated with many lego toy models, etc. 🚁🚀, those who have small children or are passionate about it will probably like it. (The view is ok but unfortunately I forgot to take pictures 🥲) 2. Location The location is super close to the center, about 5 minutes to Go, Xuan Huong Lake, etc. 3. Room 🛀 The room is clean, every day someone comes to clean the room, take out the trash, change new toothbrushes/hair covers, equipped with a dryer, kettle, slippers, TV, etc. It seems like the water in the room is free to drink 🤔. 4. Staff 🙍 The staff is super friendly and enthusiastic, supports early check-in - check-out (after 10pm, if there is a vacant room, I can enter for free, before that, I will be charged a fee), helps me carry my heavy suitcase to my room 🙆‍♀️. Almost all staff are available 24/7 at the counter, so it is easy to support, lend things (bowls, etc.) freely. I borrowed a bowl and wanted to wash it, but the staff did not let me wash it :)). Disadvantages: 1. The weather is cold ❄️☃️ and the hair dryer is a bit weak, I am sensitive to smells so the room has a strong smell for me, I have to open the window to ventilate, if this is fixed, it will be ok 👉👈. 2. The soundproofing is a bit poor, I can hear the sound of people walking outside for a long time, but the sound in the next room is safe to hear 🫶.

I booked a room here, I booked on traveloka and the receptionist did not call to inform me of the room, when I checked in, the room was in the basement, had an unpleasant musty smell, the toilet paper was almost out, and importantly, the villa had no soundproofing, I could even hear the voices talking on the upper floor, that day I stayed up all night because the upper floor kept pulling chairs loudly all night, I could also hear the sneezing of the room next door, going to DL to rest was like torture, the money spent to book the room was not cheap, calling the receptionist did not solve anything, in short, I really regretted the money and will never come back, I have stayed at cheaper homestays but found them much better, when booking a room, remember to check the reviews carefully to have a more complete vacation!

Clean room, staff is super kind

Although the home was very enthusiastic and friendly during my stay, compared to the quality of the room I received, I felt it was not really worth the money I spent. The quality of the bathroom was poor, with many stains, yellow residue, and moss. This area was very windy, so out of the 3 nights I stayed, 2 nights were very cold, terribly cold because the windows and doors were not sealed, and after a long time of use, they were open, and the wind blew into the room, making it unbearably cold. The wind howled like a storm. Luckily, on the last night, it was warmer, with less wind, so it was much less cold. The soundproofing was also quite poor, when the room was closed, I could still clearly hear the sounds of other rooms opening and closing their doors loudly, talking, and walking in the hallway. Please consider before booking. It was cold but there was no air conditioning, luckily the home added a small heater for 1 person. I had to wear thick clothes to sleep, huddled together next to the heater because it was cold. I asked to change rooms, but because there were no more rooms, I couldn't change. Maintenance also came in to try to fix the room to reduce the draft but could not handle it. Close the door, pull the curtains but the curtains still flutter because of the draft.

Beautiful villa, very convenient to travel

The hotel has a relatively beautiful view of the valley. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly.

The price is ok compared to the quality, service & amenities at Moon Valley. My family recommends staying in the Deluxe Family room because it is very comfortable, spacious & clean.

The hotel staff is super cute and enthusiastic in supporting guests. Our group had a lot of things to carry and Moon supported us very well. The location is also near the center, the car can turn around. Will come back when visiting Da Lat
