We would like to respond to your untrue comments about my house.
In Traveloka's bookings, check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is before 12:00. You booked a room "Double Room with city view 304" which is the lowest and smallest room in our rental system. At 09:22, you brought your luggage and asked to check in, we said the room was occupied, you left your luggage and went for a walk, we asked you to leave your phone number and when this room is available, we will call you. At 11:30, you came back to ask for the room, the home side said that the guest had not checked out yet, and you went to lunch. At 12:30, you came back to ask to check in, the room you booked had just been checked out and had not been cleaned yet, but the room would be delivered at 14:00. Due to the extremely hot weather, seeing that the couple was old but looked uncomfortable, the home team suggested "currently there is a room called "Double Room with city view" which has just been cleaned, this room is larger, more airy and the rental price is much higher than the room you booked. If you agree to pay an additional 50,000, I will change the room for you and you will receive it without having to wait for the room you booked until it is cleaned" and the couple happily agreed to change the new room to "Double Room with city view". The old room could not be canceled, so we accepted to leave it empty, could not resell it to other guests on Traveloka, only waiting for individual guests to pass by. The couple's stay was very enjoyable. When checking out at 11:45 the next day before going to lunch and waiting for the bus back to Hue, the couple saved the phone number and made an appointment to come back. We were very happy.
But we think a lot when having to respond to such feedback, and there is no such thing as pre-check-in with extra charge as above. Best regards
