Well appointed rooms with great service. The restaurant is decent too; there are also abundant dining options nearby that are open even on Labor Day.

Reasonably nice hotel if you need to be in this neighborhood. Pretty overpriced for what it is. Restaurant excellent, as you'd expect. Bed and bedding comfortable and blackout drapes kept room reasonably dark for sleeping. Very industrial feeling design to the building and rooms. Train rather noisy even with heavy windows and drapes pulled. "City view" was view of some pickleball courts and HVAC equipment. Valet not always available right away, often had to wait a while for our vehicle. Did not use fitness center or steam room so no comments on those. Overall fine but not what you'd call the "luxury" experience for the price.

Nobu hotel Chicago is exceptional. Their tasteful design makes me speechless.

The property was beautiful and the staff were pleasant. The only down side is this Nobu doesn't have a spa.

Most friendly staff at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great team and very responsive to anything we needed. Safe area with lots of things to do. Only weird thing about this property was the toilet which seemed to make you hold the button down longer than needed.

Very loud. They had a DJ on the rooftop until 11:30 and you could hear it in the rooms. Also loud guests around 3am. Didn’t get much sleep. Felt like I was on spring break in college.

Absolutely not returning

It is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and roomy with an awesome soaking tub. There was an error with our first room (hadn't been cleaned) but we were immediately helped to a new room and they provided a bottle of champagne for our troubles. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great as it's surrounded by multiple food options and very close to downtown. Loved the rooftop bar as well. We didn't have time to partake of the gym and pool but it appeared to be very clean.

Amazing experience from the greeting into the whole stay.

We arrived early and Ashley promptly had the concierge escort us to the spa room downstairs so we could get ready for our concert. She brought us down a dyson hair straightener, helped me pick out which shoes to wear and stored our luggage. She ordered is a cab to take us to the venue. Once we returned Ashley had placed a bottle of champagne along with some chocolates and a note wishing me a happy birthday from the staff. This was the most amazing experience. I wish I could come back for a getaway just on my own. All of the staff went above and beyond, even getting my sun glasses out of my car.

Always a great stay! Staff are amazing and attentive! Will be back. Also great neighborhood for walking and amazing food options.

From start to finish, the property was welcoming and inviting to the maximum. I fully enjoyed every single minute of my stay and would highly recommend staying here.
