Good service

Good and clean. Feather duvet would have been perfect but I’m spoiled lol. Over all good value

I had dog hair on the couch and the receptionist gave me a hard time with my bookings. It was time consuming

Simple and fasr check-in. Last minute decision to stop traveling due to weather conditions and this hotel was an excellent choice.

Property is somewhat aged. Some of the fleece bedding had holes in it. Breakfast was limited but sufficient

It served its purpose a good warm comfortable room for the night. Good shower and comfy beds.

Easy parking for big truck

Breakfast was very good. We were disappointed when we went to the pool. The water was very cold. Only one sauna unit was working.

Older hotel, needs some maintenance work. Pool was out of service. Could tell no one cleaned behind bathroom door. For a small community not a bad hotel but not the nicest. Hotel staff was not bilingual and we had communication issues. Morning front door staff only spoke French, we are English

Stairs inappropriate for dogs; metal with cleats. Pet friendly rooms should be on first floor

We booked this hotel mainly to enjoy the hot tub, pool, and sauna after a long day of driving. When we arrived, we were not told that the pool and sauna were closed or that there was NO hot tub! There was also a horrible smell in the hallways, but it didn’t seem to seep into the rooms. Other than those issues, the stay was okay. I think the listing should be changed to reflect the current condition of the amenities.
