very comfortable room, lots of photo spots and all the facilities are okay. the best hotel in KL. only the distance to bukit bintang is a bit far but it's not a significant problem.

We enjoyed our stay here. Good ambience & hygiene & space. The only negative experience is that at least 2 of the power points are not working in our unit.

This is the most nice hotel, except for sound proof ability.

Navigation is misleading plus parking is not well informed. Front Desk staffs is friendly and helpful.

This is amazing hotel for sure, they give full furnished room complete with kitchen set and washing machine. We book to Comfy 2 bed room and it is n8ce and clean. Air con position is a bit flowing to head tho, but can be handle. They have plenty of facility, 2 pool, and the Jacuzzi pool. Breakfast is handle by nearby cafe and it is delicious, but it is a la carte The only minor is only on location, as it is not in Central KL and most of the time you need to used taxi or Grab

Free snacks, washing machine, everything is complete. Clean and fragrant. 3 pool facilities. All buildings are luxurious and elegant.

It was an okay experience. I expected place will be cleaner. Sofa was stained and it looked dirty to be honest. Shower bar was broken but at least it was still working. Great customer service at the lobby you can leave your luggages after check out. Will I go back here again? Probably not.

The rooms are clean and nice, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are amazing, it 's just that the surrounding area is still quiet.

Comfortable, beautiful and clean, the atmosphere is beautiful at night, if you want to ecess to another building, it's fun.

Rekomended hotel for family and you.

Hotel yang sangat mewah, dengan interior dan exterior yang sangat aesthetic. Betah lama-lama di kamar karena senyaman itu. Banyak spot foto bagus di hotel ini, kamar bersih, fasilitas lengkap, ada mesin cuci di hotelnya, padahal jarang-jarang ada hotel yang sediain mesin cuci, ada pantry lengkap dengan alat masak dan makan. Ada minibar untuk ngopi, ada meja makan, lemari, meja rias, hairdryer dan lainnya. Sukak bgt hotel ini, Good service juga dari pegawai receptionistnya. Pada hari saya mau check in hotel, tas saya yang berisi pasport dompet dan lain-lain tertinggal di dalam grab yang saya tumpangi, dan grabnya sudah pergi. Karena check in harus pakai pasport saya mencari tas saya dan ingat tertinggal di grab sehingga panik, tetapi pegawainya membantu saya untuk chat dengan grab, dan tas saya kembali. Thankiuu pelayanan baiknya. Love this hotel 💗

Love this place so much, the most luxury aparthotel with very cheap price. They even gave me free upgraded room, all part of this aparthotel is luxury, they also. Have supermarket near of the lobby

It was really nice to stay there! If you want to stay there, you have to be aware that the hotel is quite far from the popular destination, but don't worry it takes around 30 mins to go to popular places as Bukit Bintang or klcc petronas / Twin Petronas! The room itself is wide and aesthetic, I love staying there, would go back!

ห้องอยู่ชั้นสูง มองเห็นวิวเมืองสวยมาก ห้องสว่าง มีอุปกรณ์ในห้องให้ครบ ไมโครเวฟ เครื่องซักผ้า เตารีด shower ห้องน้ำ แคบไปนิด อาบน้ำลำบาก และน้ำไหลลงไม่ค่อยเร็ว ห้องไม่ได้ใหม่เหมือนในรูป แต่คิดว่าพนักงานทำความสะอาดทำไม่สะอาดจริงๆ ในห้องน้ำยังมีผม อยู่ ในห้องนอน ตรงซอก ก็มีทิชชู่ทิ้งไว้ไม่เก็บไป แต่ทำเลใกล้ MITEC เดิน 10 นาทีถึง มีห้างอยู่ใกล้ๆ เดิน 10 นาทีถึงเหมือนกัน โดยรวมพออยู่ได้ไม่ประทับใจมาก

Kalau pergi sama anak-anak rekomen karena kolamnya 3 ada juga playlandnya. Tapi untuk ke klcc sekitar 17menit naik grab

Bilik tidur selesa, bersih, dan banyak spot foto cantik-cantik 🥰
