Not the best experience. The hotel is quite far from public places, which made getting around difficult. The wifi was very poor, and the rooms felt a bit dirty and dusty. Definitely needs improvement.

The receiption service very bad!

Called the reception to arrange the bell boy for me, so that they can help me with the bags. No one came. I was struggling alone with my bags. The reception lady name Fatima, she didn’t seems to know how to interact or talk with customer instead of explaining to me about the breakfast bills. She choose to remain silent. Didn’t mention anything to me. Sounds like silent treatment for customer. She’s not capable at all. While the other lady Precious she was the one who’s handling everything. I do not want to stay in this hotel anymore. They need more people on how to deal with customers.
