I review it as it is. I ordered 2 deluxe rooms. When I entered, the parking attendant felt like a hotel manager by asking too many questions even though my friends and I were tired and wanted to rest quickly, the point is that his way of speaking was impolite. The reception staff? no greeting or even a smile 😤 When I got to the room, the AC didn't cool it, it was just wind and this happened in both rooms. The bathroom was worse, it was slippery, VERY! No soap and shampoo, small shower water 🥲 for me, this unpleasant experience was enough once

The first time I entered the bathroom, it smelled of urine. The jet shower/jet washer of the toilet was dead. So if I wanted to rinse/clean it was impossible. So I had to use a drinking bottle to clean it. The water in the sink was also almost dead, the water came out very small. Soap and shampoo were out, there were no toiletries, luckily I brought my own toothbrush, etc. because of that price, what's wrong? But the room was spacious, the bed was okay. Access to everywhere was okay. Those were the advantages.

This is the 5th time I have stayed here every time I go to Jakarta.

The food is delicious and the chef is very friendly. Well, only the mattress is dirty and itchy, luckily I brought hit and spray, and the AC is not cold, he's disservice, and overall, everything else is okay for that price.
