Energetic morning, I thought that staying in a hotel meant just staying in the room was enough, but stepping out early in the morning felt a space that was so fresh, clean and sunny. The feeling brought about a new day full of energy with a quiet and beautiful space, the colors of the houses, trees, time, and space like in the West

The resort is very large, you have to take the tram to get there, the swimming pool is small, the breakfast buffet has few dishes and is not diverse.

2-bedroom villa with beautiful sea view, has a tiny swimming pool for show only. The resort has a beautiful location but does not have a private beach for swimming. There is no separate food court, only all the guests crowded together to eat breakfast in a 2-storey building, there is a lot of food but poor quality. The on-site upgrade price is much more expensive than booking on the app. However, the consultant said it was cheaper. The children's play area is old, bored after 1 session.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a swimming pool, everything was very convenient, very nice. However, one bad thing was the transportation, every time I called for a tram, I had to wait a long time, this affected my family's plans quite a bit.

Clean, beautiful space, just a pity there is no private beach, the beach in front of the resort has a lot of trash so you can't swim. This time I called the electric car and it arrived quite quickly, the staff was also polite.

The accommodation and views at Centara are great. Unfortunately the food at Mundo Restaurant is terrible and not up to par. It would be great if the restaurant could be improved and improved in the future. Very OK family resort!

The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a medical staff which is very convenient for the vacation. All the facilities and amenities are very good, it's been a long time since I had such a great vacation.

If you can send these words to the resort manager, please adjust the operator (female) who is very annoying. Called to ask for baby formula water, 30 minutes later it was not brought, called back and the phone was hung up 3 times and not answered 4 times. I spent 15 million to stay 2 nights here, not to ask for bottles of water from the operator, why is there such an attitude?

Going on weekends is a bit crowded, you have to use the electric car to get around the resort instead of walking. There are a lot of guests so waiting for the electric car takes a while. The resort also has a back gate, where you can park your car and check in more conveniently than the gate near the beach.

Everything here is great, quiet and comfortable space, convenient pick-up service, friendly and enthusiastic staff.

The resort is beautiful, has many amenities, more suitable for families than couples because there are many bathing areas for children, the minus point is that it is not very close to the sea but everything else is ok, you should call the tram 15 minutes in advance to avoid waiting during rush hour.

Great experience. Will come back. Everyone should book a room with a lazy river for a better experience.

Great resort, beautiful view, enthusiastic staff, delicious food

I went during Tet, the space was airy but the check-in area was overloaded, waiting quite a long time to finish the check-in procedure. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic if encountered, but every time calling for a car was a struggle. It took a long time!

Great stay, look forward to coming back. Satisfied with everything about this place.

Booked a room with a private pool but couldn't use it because the pool was too dirty, told the staff to come clean but they didn't care, called for the local electric car but it didn't pick me up, the breakfast buffet was bad, at this price there won't be a second time
