Swimming pool and gym are very good perfect

The location is good, very close to One Utama for you to shop, get food, or just kill time with coffee. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The room I had was spacious, with all the amenities included. They even provided complimentary fruits, which is a nice touch. I love the fact that they have the kids' playroom. The highlight of my stay is the breakfast buffet and it was a delight! There were a variety of bread and pastries, spreads, local and western dishes, you name it. All in all, recommended!

Awesome hotel with great decoration, ambience, and most importantly staffs who are customer service oriented! From House Keeping team, to Room Service Team, and the hotel 's front desk team, great work!

Bathroom has bad urine smell especially at the toilet bowl area. Looks like the floor was not washed/cleaned as there is no water tap at that area.

Very happy with our stay at Avante over the weekend. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The room was clean, bathroom clean. Everything is in good working condition. The view at the l15 infinity Pool was fantastic. Will bring our swim suits when we stay over again.

I have stayed here many times- Rooms spacious and clean. Overall OK but this trip unfortunately the faulty mirror light in bathtoom kept turning on and off by itself (the maintenance team turned off the main switch) and occasional switches clicking sound in the midfle of night did not help but creeps me out.

My roommate and I enjoyed our stay in Avante! Room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, water in the bathroom is plentiful, and the view outside the window is beautiful. The service staff are also polite, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel look new, Room very spacious and clean but the swimming pool water is very cold.

Pros. We took studio suite. It was spacious. Fast check in. New hotel, good water pressure, hot water. 5 minute walking straight to ou mall. Big swimming pool and my kids loves the kiddies club. Cons. We reached resto for breakfast at 830. We need to find on our own vacant table. Teh tarik at pool bar not taste good for the price at rm13. Small lift but fast

Room is good but sound insulation is bad (toilet and corridor).

Spacious, nice and convenient hotel. Unfortunately the pillow is too soft and not comfortable when sleep.
