This is the second time staying at the Mahkota Hotel. The room smells of cigarettes, the AC is not cold. The room smells different from the first time staying there is no air freshener. Hopefully this deficiency can be addressed. The parking lot is spacious.

The rooms are clean and the water is clean, the location is strategic but there are lots of mosquitoes.

The hotel is very strategically located in the middle of the city, it's easy to find food because there are many cafes & restaurants around the hotel, the bathrooms & rooms are very clean, the air conditioner is cold, the hot water is ok, the TV is good & the service is friendly & parking is spacious.

There are no glasses and kettles in the room yet. The shower is broken.

Saya pesan kamar family. Kamarnya bersih, ada 3 tempat tidur (1 besar, 2 single) sprei putih bersih dan rapi, selimut di lapisi, kasur springbed, sehingga nyaman dipakai tidur. Fasilitas lengkap, disediakan tempat jemur handuk 2 buah, lemari sedang 1, meja rias, AC berfungsi maksimal dan sangat dingin, lampu kamar dan kamar mandi terang, disediakan air mineral dan gelas. Colokan listrik banyak. Kamar mandi sangat bersih, air jernih, fasilitas kamar mandi (wastafel, closet duduk, shower, air panas-dingin, kran air) berfungsi dengan baik, disediakan sabun, handuk² juga bersih. Lokasinya dekat dengan kota dan kuliner², tempat parkir luas, pelayanan ramah. Menginap di Hotel Mahkota sangat menyenangkan, worth it dengan harga yang ditawarkan, very recommended.
