What needs improvement is the valet parking service. I once lost my parking money, and now my car's mileage has increased by over 10 km. Perhaps there's a need to cross-check the officers. Hopefully, it gets better.

The staff is very friendly, suitable for those who like to go to the mall because it is close to many malls such as DP Mall and Paragon.

This is my first time staying here, everything is okay, I will come back again... anywhere close by with a beautiful view, but sorry if I don't know the taste of the food 🤭 because the booking didn't include breakfast. In short, this is a recommended hotel

Stayed here overnight, the advantage is probably the strategic location near the mall, restaurants, tourist attractions like Lawang Sewu and Tugu Muda. Especially if you stay on the weekend, you can jog in the morning. The downside: parking access is difficult because it is limited, waiting for Grab you have to wait on the side of the road and the driver prefers to stop in front. The breakfast food is quite varied (for the price) but in my mouth the taste is a bit lacking. Then for drinking water, it turns out there is a dispenser outside the room so you have to fill it yourself (luckily I got a room near the dispenser). For this price, you should use bottled water, the most annoying thing is when someone uses the excuse of loving the environment when actually they are looking for money, bottled water is recycled, there is nothing wrong with that and most importantly, it is safer because it is more hygienic. The staff are actually friendly when we ask, it's just a shame that when checking in we have to ask repeatedly whether the room is ready or not, they don't want to tell us when the room is ready when we are waiting in front of it. Crossing to the mall also has to be careful because it is a busy traffic route

Budget friendly hotel with lots of plus points, located in city center close every where, very good atmosphere, especially the citylights in the night. It is located just next to ‘Lawang Sewu’ building, the famous landmark of Semarang. For the next, I will surely come here again for visit.

Uncommon interior space, but the rooms need to be more soundpropf. Restaurant have many varieties. okay swimming pool, but the shower room there need to be maintained (the head shower is missing)

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my kids in room 903 on the 9th floor — overall, it was quite decent. The queen-size bed was comfortable and not too firm, though the pillows definitely need replacing as they’re no longer pleasant to use. The bathroom was fairly clean, but the shower switch was broken and didn’t work properly. The vinyl flooring in the room was peeling off in several areas and had come loose from the floor. Amenities were adequate but not complete. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the food was extremely salty. For a short trip, this hotel is a fairly good place to stay.

The suite room isn't like a suite. The AC isn't cold enough. The bathtub is a bit dirty, and the shower gel refills are very limited (almost empty). The water smells a bit like sulfur. Maybe next time it can be improved. Thanks a lot.

Strategic location in the city center. The room was clean. Unfortunately, the TV in the room didn't work.

This is my first time trying Quest Prime Semarang. The room is quite spacious even though it has twin beds. If you need one bed, you can squeeze it and it's still comfortable, no problem. It's clean, brightly lit, cool AC, large TV, Android TV, and you can also request a welcome letter by the mirror. Thank you, team.

The staff is all friendly, the location is right across from DP Mall, and there's a security guard ready to assist you with crossing to DP Mall. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are as soft as down, making it a standard-sized room.
