Room and facilities good. Not a lot of dining options around the area.

Loved our stay here! Room was extremely clean and spacious. Most importantly, close to the Spirit of Tasmania cruise!

We enjoyed a corner room with views over the Mersey River and Parklands north of the hotel. We loved it.

Very pleasant stay.

It was only a one night stay as we began our Tasmania trip but found the hotel very comfortable. Location is great for access to the ferry terminal, restaurants and other shops. They were very obliging when my son decided to join us last minute by switching rooms for us quickly.

Great location, fabulous staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful and nothing was an issue from housekeeping to wait staff we couldn’t be happier. This is our second week long stay at this hotel and it never disappoints

Stayed few days for work and the beginning of the holiday and it was really nice. The bed is comfortable and location is closed to shops and restaurants. Trying to park for check in right after getting of the Spirit could take longer but understandable. Recommend!

The restaurant, convenience and staff were great. Parking was an added expense. There is a club across the road that plays very loud music and can be heard throughout the rooms especially on 4th floor. The rooms are not cleaned throughly if you stay for a significant duration.

Definitely get the breakfast option if you’re staying here—it’s well worth it and avoids the hassle. I stayed here twice in the same week. The second time, I got a slightly larger room, which was fantastic. There’s plenty of safe street parking after 6 PM, so there’s no need to pay $25 for valet parking. Overall, it’s a good hotel, and we enjoyed our stay
