Good studio apartment

Clean and well equipped!

The airports shut down all inbound flights due to snow the state issued a extreme weather advisory” (which doesn’t happen there) and instead of Kasa offering a credit/refund or any option to move our reservation; they blatantly said no refunds, sorry for the inconvenience.

Very cozy felt like you were home, love the efficientness of checking in without speaking to any front desk attendants, their system is very well organized

Very nice clean place in quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurant. Walk to downtown is pleasant. I felt very secure and ample parking. Nice to have small kitchen to make breakfast every morning. Wi-Fi was excellent. Nice large TV with plenty of programming.

The room was very clean and up to date. The bed was a little uncomfortable but same everywhere. The neighborhood was quiet which we really liked. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were to go back to Charlotte.

This is the first time we've stayed at a Kasa property. Instructions and check-in were incredibly easy. The room had everything we needed - it was very clean and well-appointed. This is now my go-to lodging location for anytime I visit this area!

Amazing stay. Very beautiful, lowkey, quiet area, no danger in sight. The inside was phenomenal. Beds were very comfortable, once you get inside the place you’ll have a Home-Like Feeling. Will be returning in the near future 100%

Kasa Edison was an amazing find! The room had all the amenities needed and was in a perfect location to the city, by car or by walking. We will definitely be booking again with Kasa Edison.

This was an awesome place to stay! They only downside is that there's a total of three passwords you have to remember, other than that it was perfect!

Perfect location for our appointment at Atrium Health. We were comfortable and close by. I wish I had known that we weren’t getting a towel exchange for the second day of our stay beforehand nor any maid service. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Great place

Never got to stay in it due to personal illness and no consideration for partial refund was given. A well organized runaround so consumers have no option to speak directly to a person when these problems happen. Very sad…
