The noise was unbearable, especially the sound of the grinder for cutting ceramics and of course there was a lot of dust in the hallway to the elevator, not to mention in the room to the bathroom. I asked until what time the workers were in the front room, the receptionist said until 2, it turned out that it hadn't stopped until 5 pm and continued the next morning again, the noise was unbearable. They should have given an alternative or information that there was work on that floor, it's too bad, there was only 1 sheet of notification paper, and that was in the room. If that's the case, it's the same as us being TRAPED, we had already entered the room + brought suitcases, lifted things, eh, it turned out that the room was facing a room that was being renovated. Actually, I often stay here since this hotel was still called the Royal Victoria Hotel, but the more it goes here, the worse it gets, even many people downgrade. I will not stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and very pleasant.. we were able to eat sahur too.. it's just a shame that my room was right next to a room that was being renovated so it was a bit disturbing.. and the air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough and the bathroom door couldn't be closed properly.. the rest was okay and fine.

alhamdulillaah it's quite good. although a bit disappointed because I had ordered a superior room with a queen bed, when I checked in it turned out that the available room was a twin bed. so the hotel combined the beds. then when I went to bed it turned out that there was the sound of raindrops outside which was quite disturbing. people's voices outside were also heard. The sheets didn't smell good either, as if they hadn't been changed. the room size was quite large, the food was quite varied and delicious. the restaurant atmosphere was also comfortable. the co process was also not complicated. Hopefully in the future it will be even better.
