Very bad experience. Given a room facing a room that was being renovated. The noise was unbearable, especially the sound of the grinder for cutting ceramics and of course there was a lot of dust in the hallway to the elevator, not to mention in the room to the bathroom. I asked until what time the workers were in the front room, the receptionist said until 2, it turned out that it hadn't stopped until 5 pm and continued the next morning again, the noise was unbearable. They should have given an alternative or information that there was work on that floor, it's too bad, there was only 1 sheet of notification paper, and that was in the room. If that's the case, it's the same as us being TRAPED, we had already entered the room + brought suitcases, lifted things, eh, it turned out that the room was facing a room that was being renovated. Actually, I often stay here since this hotel was still called the Royal Victoria Hotel, but the more it goes here, the worse it gets, even many people downgrade. I will not stay here again.
