Well where can I start! We have been coming to this hotel for 12 years plus and I hope we can come back every year for anther 60 years! The staff are extremely friendly and the owner well absolutely amazing! They can’t do enough for you. We had our wedding here and it was the best day of our lives! The food is amazing and the location is fantastic! I love that we try and get a sea view room every time we come over however every room has its own unique style that we love. This hotel means a massive deal to myself, my partner and family. Thank you El Dorado!

We enjoyed a very nice 5-night stay at this hotel. Owner is very friendly and welcoming. We had a large triple room with sea views, the room was very clean, bed was comfortable and daily cleaning was done. We could make use of the common lounge area as well that has a grand piano. It’s low season at this time so we were the only guests in the hotel. The hotel restaurant is closed but there are plenty of breakfast place, tapas bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Overall a wonderful, relaxing stay and we’d highly recommend to others!

This hotel was probably very pleasant 60 years ago when scenes from Lawrence of Arabia were being filmed; but it is now fading. The furniture is very dated and not always in good order; our basin tap was wobbling precariously; and the shower curtain definitely needed refreshing. The wifi is very hit and miss. There is nobody around at night - so there was nobody there to control the kids enjoying themselves around the pool at midnight. We were told breakfast started at 8.00; but when we arrived at exactly 8.00, it looked as if a swarm of locusts had hit the breakfast bar. The people at reception on arrival were very friendly; but the manager/owner on our departure could not have been ruder. Fawlty Towers definitely springs to mind. It is, however, inexpensive and arguably the price matches expectations.

Great facilities and location. We enjoyed our stay though the cleaning staff were noisy.

Incredible place to holiday! The rooms are spotlessly clean with all the toiletries you need for your stay. The locations is directly on the beach — perfect for those looking for a blended pool and beach holiday. The staff are super friendly and so accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
