Poor neighborhood

The staff was so helpful and friendly, the hotel beautifully designed, the room and bed very comfortable, the restaurant food delicious and the rooftop bar has a great view and atmosphere. The location seemed good and central to everything we wanted to do. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Surprisingly brilliant! Staff were inctedible, going well out their way for us. Pool was stunning and very quiet. The reception area is buzzing with people, but there was always someone there to look out for us. Great!

整體不錯，只是距離BTS有點遠，早上有免費接駁車可以去BTS站，早餐沒有預期中多選擇，整體也不錯

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was always helpful and smiling, making it feel like they were genuinely happy to see you. Unfortunately, I don't remember the staff's names, but I will say that from the rooftop staff to the front desk day and night crew, everyone was pleasant. The hotel shuttle drivers spoke English very well and were well-informed for the questions we asked. Whenever I had questions, the staff demonstrated unlimited patience. The rooms were very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again.
