the hotel staff is very friendly. but the cleaners we asked to sweep the room (the floor was dirty because of our own footwear) didn't come for almost an hour, while we were going out. for the room it was very comfortable, clean, spacious, soft mattress, aesthetic. for the food is quite varied. please also pay attention to insects (flies) some enter the restaurant. overall okay, thanks Alhambra.

all facilities & services are good. it's just that the soundproofing is lacking, because from the room it sounds very noisy when the children run in the hallway, coincidentally I stayed when the children were on school holidays.

The hotel is comfortable, nice, the bathroom is ok, the staff are friendly and willing to be bothered to put together twin beds and the hotel can order extra beds and the extra beds are good and soft like hotel beds in general. There are only 2 things that need to be improved, namely the room floor if possible, mopped or swept every day because there is still a lot of dust and the food should be more varied. But overall ok.

Before you finish eating, you're already being asked if you have your plate even though you're still eating. It really hurts. Is that really the policy? You should wait until you're finished or have already left the restaurant. Then, it's like, when you're eating, it feels like you're being watched and monitored, so even the delicious food doesn't taste good. Apart from that, everything else is really good.

The hotel is comfortable and the cleanliness is maintained, it's just a bit far from the city center of Tasikmalaya which takes about 30 minutes. The pool area has a good view. The kebuli rice is delicious but the chili sauce and pickles are lacking.

A satisfying experience staying at this hotel. Suitable for family staycation with a location that is a bit far from the crowd. As soon as you enter the room, you are immediately greeted by a view of rice fields and mountains. A unique experience because the hotel has a unique theme with a Middle Eastern ambiance. The location of the swimming pool is on the roof and is somewhat covered so that it is safe from heat or rain and you can enjoy the view. However, because the location is a bit far from the center of the crowd, so you might have to be well prepared, especially for the type of guest who likes to explore the streets around the hotel

hotel with a good concept. the location is also far from the city center of Tasikmalaya. although the shape is like Arabian, this is not a sharia hotel. the check-in-checkout process is fast. room design, very good. soundproofing, lacking. fitting across with those bringing small children, masyaAllah it's noisy 😅. breakfast menu, suitable for the tongue. get afternoon snacks too, like meeting participants only 😁. things to consider: receptionist position, akward.

The room is comfortable, and clean. The staff is friendly and cheap. Access to the hotel is easy to access. The swimming pool is on the 9th floor, so you can enjoy the view of the scenery.
