The price is around 200 but it's really worth it, even though it's in an alley 👍🏻👍🏻

Good so far, the place is comfortable and the room is very spacious but the floor is a bit dirty, there is a lot of hair that hasn't been swept up plus there are still some hairs stuck to the mattress.

Overall. (+) the room is spacious, the AC is cold and fast. Easy access even though it's a bit inside, close to Jalan Ahmad Yani. (-) stayed for two days but the room wasn't automatically cleaned, even though usually if there are no "do not disturb" notes, it will be cleaned by default. Amenities weren't refilled either. The shower jet toilet is really small, it's been set to the maximum but it's still small. Makes it difficult to clean. Overall it's worth the price, but maybe the hotel staff could be more proactive and do QC of the room facilities routinely

Check in was very easy, staff was very friendly. Just a shame there was hair in the bathroom drain & toilet paper ran out. Maybe the cleanliness check could be more detailed.

Only 1 drawback. There is no spoon to make coffee/tea, ask the staff and the answer is that there is no spoon provided and usually those who stay bring their own spoon hahaha (it sounds very funny)

The place is comfortable, spacious, there is Netflix. But you don't get hotel slippers and you can hear noise from outside/other rooms

The hotel is nice and pleasant. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. Please note that access at night after 11 pm, when the portal is closed. I will choose this place again when visiting Surabaya.
