Needs upgrading and cleaning. Smells like dogs when you walk in.

Great place: Yes, is a 3 stars hotel, place is not new and it might need a full reno. But I wanted to stay for the night, and the room was squiky clean, bathroom impecable, and we felt safe and confident that we could stay without any issues. Hosts are super nice, I would stay there again for sure.

Lots of rules, when I booked in to pay extra for use of fridge and microwave But it’s good be but pillows a real shortage. Quiet place

This is one of those motels you rent to use as a "base camp" for your Island adventures; lots of space to sit around outside in the evening, even a gorgeous pool, enjoy the view and plan the next day, and then enjoy the quiet as you sleep and recharge!

The owners were kind and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable.

Owner is a mother and son, very friendly. Place is a little outdated but extremely clean and the area around is breath taking. They only have a coffee and bagel for breakfast but Tim Hortons is not that far away. I would definitely stay there again and am planning to next summer when I vidit PEI again.

The breakfast was served in a paper bag. Really. Not what we expected.

The service was very friendly and they allowed for an early last minute check-in. Would stay here again.

Basic motel. Swimming pool "self regulated"

Didn't like anything. Not sure when it was built (1950's?) and nothing has been updated since. Way over priced.

Property needs a good renovation. Door was in poor condition. Had trouble to open it from the inside. A piece of the door fell off when opened. Bathroom needs a big renovation. Way overpriced - not value for money

TV did not not upon arrival. Difficult internet connection. Bathroon has no fan. Price was more than places closser to attractons.

It's not in Souris PEI very hard to find signage poor and picture has to be years ago

For overnight stay only. Humidity scent, really old and not renovated rooms. Poor quality mattress. Nice view on the background.

You can see basin head beach from the second floor windows and the room was very clean. If your goal is a place to sleep while you visit the area it serves it’s purpose. The owners were pleasant. The breakfast is simply toast or cereal so if you want more than that you may plan on having breakfast somewhere else. The room was ugly with dark red carpet and dated wallpaper and pink toilets and tubs. We checked in at supper time, ate in town and walked the beach in the evening then slept at the hotel and was back at the beach by 9:30am so we didn’t really care if the room was ugly.
