Older building. Needs a lot of work for certain hotel rooms.

Great 1 night stay. Close to burgos and nice upscale venue

I have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days..it was good experience but the only thing I didn’t like was I was charged for a security deposit and said it will be back once I checked out ..But until now ,I didn’t get anything. Was there Nov 4-7.

It was a wonderful stay, lovely amenities and facilities, definitely a must visit place ❤️

Had a great stay

The whole stay was pleasant. The entrance was a bit confusing as there was no visible signage and the driveway was very steep. The bathroom tub was a big negative experience. It was too slippery and too tall so it was hard to get in and out the shower. i slipped while taking a shower so i ended up spraining my ankle. The staff were very kind and approachable. the area around it wasn't so good because the property is situated in the red light district of makati.

Breakfast was just okay. Water cooler was empty so could not refill the water.

Had a lovely stay. Great scenery and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. This is definitely a 5 star hotel, very opulent.

Fast internet. Our refrigerator didn't work but everything else was so nice. 5 stars

No hot water. Had to call for service twice. No ac on 2nd room. No proper instructions for amenities. Master bath did not have proper drainage so upon opening shower door, it overflows. Pencil provided for writing desk was nit sharpened. :-/
